Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

You will be greeted warmly at the front desk as you scan your personal clinic health card in the computer card reader to verify your arrival. Our office uses a state-of-the-art computer system to record and display all your records.  This paperless system makes sure we can have any detail of your file available instantly.

Dr. Anthony corrects a health condition called SUBLUXATION. Subluxations are misalignments of the spine that cause nerve interference in your central nervous system. Correcting spinal subluxations, by performing ADJUSTMENTS, removes interference allowing your body to heal naturally to its full potential.  You will receive an adjustment in order to continue your journey towards optimal health and healing.

Regularly scheduled progress measurements allow us to confirm improvement and adjust care, if appropriate, to maximize the speed of healing. After the investment of time needed on the first and second visits, many patients become concerned that every visit will be of equal length. In a word:  no.  A typical office visit may require just 10 - 15 minutes. Don't think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value!  With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up what your spine and nervous system needs, adjust you and get you on your way.  Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before.  Miss a visit and we can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We recognize your time is valuable.  We do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.  At any time, new concerns can be mentioned, and extra time booked to allow for thorough investigation or discussion.

Dr. Anthony Asks some important questions of interest to Whitby residents - Chiropractor Whitby Dr. Anthony Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
